Using this form in your business

Separate handyman labor from customer-supplied parts

The one-page invoice identifies Repair tasks, Access constraints and Customer supplied parts before the four-row line-item table. This helps explain which tasks were actually billed and which parts the customer provided.

Fictional field-by-field example

Illustrative entries only: not a real customer record, recommended price or tax treatment. All amounts are entered and checked manually.

Check before saving or sending

Do not charge for customer-supplied hinges as if your business sold them. Put any separately agreed handling or installation charge in its own description. Deferred tasks belong in the job record rather than being billed as completed. This invoice has no signature field or completion checklist.

Download a copy, use a compatible PDF reader, and save it under your own job reference. For printing, choose US Letter at Actual size / 100%.
