What to write about
- A template that prints wrong. Tell us the file name, your paper size, and the printer or PDF viewer you used. Scaling set to anything other than 100% is the usual cause, but if it is our file we want to fix it.
- A template request. Describe the sheet you need and what you would use it for. Requests that come up repeatedly get built first.
- A correction. If a guide is out of date or a step no longer matches the current software, point us at it.
- Licensing and reuse. Ask before redistributing our files or including them in a product.
Before you write
If a printed sheet is slightly the wrong size, check your printer dialog first: set scaling to 100% or Actual size rather than Fit to page. Shrink-to-fit is on by default in many browsers and PDF readers, and it is the single most common reason a 5 mm grid measures 4.8 mm.
